摘要
以光学显微镜为主要分析工具,研究了熔铸α,β-Al2O3砖的结构变化过程,结果表明:熔铸α,β-Al2O3砖的结构是不均匀的,在不同的区域呈现出不同的结构状态,不同的区域中α-Al2O3和β-Al2O3的含量不同,在距外表面25~50 mm处,α-Al2O3相和气孔相的含量最高;将样品在1660℃热处理2 h后,部分β-Al2O3相转化为α-Al2O3和气孔相。
Structure transformation of fused α,β-Al2O3 block was studied by using optical microscope.The result shows that the structure of fused α,β-Al2O3 block is inhomogenous.The structural shapes are thecontent of α-Al2O3 and β-Al2O3 are different in each section.The content of α-Al2O3 and air pore is the highest in 25-50 mm zone.Some β-Al2O3 has translated into α-Al2O3 and air pore if the sample was calcined at 1660 ℃ for 2 h.
