摘要
以钢渣提铁后的二次渣为原料,采用烧结法制备建筑装饰用的微晶玻璃。研究表明:随着二元碱度的升高,玻璃料中全铁含量先降低后略微增加,而显微硬度先增加后降低;在一定范围内,铁含量增加,对制备的微晶玻璃的显微硬度和抗压强度产生不利影响;二次渣碱度0.7时为最佳配方,其主晶相为钙长石和钙铝黄长石,显微硬度为3.87 GPa,抗弯强度为37.5 MPa,抗压强度为146.91 MPa。
The feasibility of preparing glass-ceramics from the reduced slag by sintering technology was investigated.The result shows that the TFe content of the reduced slag decreases firstly and then increases slightly with increasing binary basicity,while the microhardness of glass-ceramics presents opposite trend.Increasing the TFe content of the reduced slag has bad effects on the microhardness and compression strength of the glass-ceramics by and large.The glass-ceramics with anorthite and gehlenite as its main crystalline phases is the best when the basicity of the reduced slag is 0.7,and its microhardness can reach as much as 3.87 GPa,the bending strength is 37.5 MPa and the compression strength is 146.91 MPa.
