MTX联合中药治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine combining with MTX in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的观察甲氨喋呤联合中药疏肝消癥方治疗未破裂型异位妊娠的疗效。方法 2006年12月～2010年12月于该院住院治疗符合药物保守治疗条件的异位妊娠患者58例。A组:单次肌内注射甲氨喋呤;B组:单次肌内注射MTX,口服疏肝消癥方。分别于治疗的第4天和第7天测血β-HCG各1次,每3～5 d复查B超1次,同时观察有无MTX药物不良反应出现。结果 A组有效率为90.0%,B组为78.57%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组较A缩短血β-HCG降至正常所需的时间,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组不良反应比对照组少(P<0.01)。结论 MTX联合中药治疗异位妊娠疗效好、不良反应少。

【Objective】 To observe the therapeutic effect on traditional Chinese medicine of Shuganxiaozhen recipe combining with MTX in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.【Methods】 Selecting 58 patients with ectopic pregnancy from Wuhan Puai hospital from Dec.2006 to Dec.2010.The patients were in compliance to be treated with drug.The patients were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with MTX by intramscular injection;Group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine of Shuganxiaozhen recipe combining with MTX.【Results】 The treatment data showed group A remarkably differences from group B in shortening the time of hospitalization,decreasing the level of serum HCG and toxic and side-effect.【Conclusions】 Traditional Chinese medicine of Shuganxiaozhen recipe combining with MTX in treatment of ectopic pregnancy has the advantages of rapid therapy shorten treating time and lower toxic and side-effect.The method of treating ectopic pregnancy with Shuganxiaozhen recipe combining with MTX is worth of applying in practice.
