摘要
采用黄瓜为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的过氧化氢对100mmol/L的NaCl胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:100mmol/L的NaCl处理对黄瓜种子的发芽率无显著影响,但对胚根、上胚轴的生长有显著抑制作用。添加低浓度过氧化氢一定程度上缓解了盐胁迫对黄瓜种子上胚轴伸长的抑制作用,但增加了盐胁迫对黄瓜种子胚根伸长的抑制作用;高浓度的过氧化氢处理加剧了盐胁迫对黄瓜种子胚根和上胚轴的毒害,浓度越高毒害作用越强。
The purpose of this study is to determine effects of H2O2 on the germination of cucumber under 100 mmol/L NaC1 stress.The results showed that 100mmol/L of NaCI treatment had no significant effect on the seed germination rate of cucumber, but significant inhibited the elongations of radicels and the epicotyls of cucumber.Low concentrations of H2O2 alleviated slightly the toxic effects of NaC1 stress on cucumber epieotyls of cucumber, but increased the inhibition effects of NaCI stress on the cucumber radicels.High concentrations of H202 treatments facilitated the inhibition effects of NaCI stress on the elongations of epicotyls and radicels of cucumber.
