摘要
目的通过检测Kisspeptins在特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)女童血清中的水平,探讨其在ICPP发生发展过程中的作用。方法以20名6~8岁TannerⅠ期健康女童作为健康对照组,经生长发育评价结合骨龄、盆腔B超及促性腺激素释放激素激发试验结果选取20名6~8岁处于TannerⅡ期的ICPP女童作为实验1组,20名6~8岁处于TannerⅢ期的ICPP女童作为实验2组;用放射免疫法测定血清中黄体生成素(LH)水平;Western blot法检测3组女童血清中Kisspeptins水平。采用SPSS 12.0软件进行统计学分析。结果实验1组血清Kisspeptins水平较健康对照组增加了0.86倍(P<0.01),实验2组血清Kisspeptins水平较健康对照组增加了1.68倍(P<0.01);实验1组血清Kisspeptins水平与LH峰值、骨龄均呈正相关(r=0.42、0.38,Pa<0.05);实验2组血清Kisspeptins水平与LH峰值、骨龄也均呈正相关(r=0.48、0.40,Pa<0.05)。结论 Kisspeptins/G蛋白偶联受体54信号在女童ICPP的启动和发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To explore the role of Kisspeptins in the onset and development of idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP) by detecting the level of Kisspeptins in blood serum.Methods Sixty girls aged 6-8 years were divided into 3 groups by assessment of growth and development and bone age,pelvis ultrasound and gonadorelin stimulation test:20 healthy girls of TannerⅠin control group,20 ICCP girls of Tanner Ⅱ in study group 1,20 ICCP girls of Tanner Ⅲ in study group 2.The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH) were detected by chemiluminescence and Kisspeptins were detected by using Western blot.SPSS 12.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results Compared with the control group,the level of Kisspeptins in study group 1 increased by 0.86 fold(P0.01) and that in study group 2 increased by 1.68 fold(P0.01);the level of Kisspeptins in study group 1 and study group 2 were positively correlated with both the peak value of LH and their bone ages individually,in which the Spearman correlation coefficients were 0.42 and 0.38(Pa0.05) in study group 1,and 0.48 and 0.40 in study group 2(Pa0.05). Conclusion Kisspeptins/G protein-coupled receptor 54 system may play an important role in the onset and development of ICPP.
