Properties and Preparation of the Mg-based Hydrogen Storage Materials of Mg-RE-Ni System

摘要 镁基储氢材料因具有理论可逆储氢容量高和价格低廉的优点,成为很有应用前景的固态储氢材料。本文综述了近年来Mg-RE-Ni系镁基储氢材料的研究进展,重点阐述了Mg-RE-Ni合金的物相组成、合金显微结构对该材料储氢性能的影响,介绍了该类合金储氢材料的制备方法:反应球磨法、氢化燃烧法与机械球磨法结合(HCS+MM)、可控制的氢化燃烧法(CHCS)法、激光烧结法、合成薄膜技术。最后指出了Mg-RE-Ni系镁基储氢材料的研究现状和尚待解决的问题,并对今后的研究方向进行了评述。 Mg-based hydrogen storage materials are one of the promising solid state hydrogen storage materials due to its high academic reversible hydrogen storage capacity and low cost.The progress of Mg-RE-Ni systems of Mg-based hydrogen storage materials was reviewed.The effects of phase composition and microstructure of Mg-RE-Ni alloys on hydrogen storage properties were discussed.The preparation method of the hydrogen storage materials involving reactive ball milling,hydriding combustion synthesis followed by ball milling,controlled hydriding combustion synthesis,laser sintering and film technology were introduced.The state-of-art and problems of the Mg-RE-Ni Mg-based hydrogen storage materials were analyzed and future research focuses for these materials were put forward.
