激光熔体静电纺丝研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 简述了静电纺丝法的发展历程及研究概况,比较了溶液静电纺丝法和熔体静电纺丝法的优缺点;详细介绍了激光熔体静电纺丝法的优势,总结了目前激光熔体静电纺丝法制备聚合物及复合物微纳米纤维的工艺条件如激光输出功率、应用电压以及聚合物的物理性质等对纤维直径的影响;简要介绍了线激光熔体静电纺丝装置;指出目前激光熔体静电纺丝法制得的多为单一聚合物纤维,开发功能复合纳米纤维及采用线激光熔体静电纺丝技术提高产量是其未来的发展趋势。 The historical development and research status of electrospinning process were briefly described.The advantages and disadvantages of solution electrospinning process and melt electrospinning process were compared.The superiority of laser melt electropsinning process was introduced in details.The effects of laser melt-electrospinning process conditions for micro-nanofiber prepared from different polymers and composites,such as laser output power,applied voltage,physical properties of polymers, on the fiber diameter were summerized.The line laser melt-electrospinning devices were briefly introduced.The single polymer fibers were dominantly prepared by laser melt-electrospinning process.It was pointed out that the development trend was to develop functional composite nanofibers and to increase the output by using line laser melt electrospinning technology.
