印花涂料用黏合剂聚丙烯酸酯微乳液的制备研究 被引量:1

摘要 以丙烯酸正丁酯(n-BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、苯乙烯(St)为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联单体,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-30)为复合乳化剂,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为助乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,微乳液聚合制备了聚丙烯酸酯印花涂料用黏合剂。用表面张力仪和Zetasizer Nano粒度仪进行了表征,研究了复合乳化剂的配比与用量、助乳化剂的用量和反应温度对微乳液粒径、Zeta电位、转化率和稳定性的影响。结果表明:m(SDS):m(TX-30)=1:2,且量为体系总质量的3.0%~3.5%;MAA的用量为单体总质量的5%,反应温度为75~80℃,制得的微乳液单体转化率达96%,乳胶粒平均粒径为60 nm。 Polyacrylate binder for pigment printing was prepared by microemulsion polymerization with n - butyl acrylate ( n - BA), methylmethaerylate ( MMA), 2 - ethylhexyl acrylate ( 2 - EHA), styrene (St) as monomers, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as crosslinking monomer, sodium dodeeyl sulfate (SDS) and octylphenol ethoxylates(TX - 30) as compound emulsifier, α - methacrylic acid (MAA) as assistant emulsifier, ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. Effect of amouts and mass ratios of compound emulsifier, amounts of assistant emulsifier and reaction temperature on the particle size, Zeta potential, con- version and stability of microemulsion were studied. Zetasizer, nano particle size analyzer and surface ten- sion meter were used for its characterization. Results showed that when compound mass ratios of SDS and TX -30 was 1:2, and accounted for 3.0% -3.5% of total mass of polymerization system, amout of MAA accounted for 5% of the total, reaction temperature 75 - 80 ℃ , monomer conversion of prepared microemulsion could reach 96% and average latex particle size was 60 nm.
