摘要
以马铃薯淀粉为接枝骨架,过硫酸钾为引发剂,丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为接枝单体,制备了马铃薯淀粉接枝共聚物乳液,并考察了影响接枝率、单体转化率、乳液外观及涂膜性能的因素。将共聚物乳液与多孔颜填料混合、研磨,制备了淀粉乳液基调湿涂料。结果表明,淀粉乳液基调湿涂料达到了内墙涂料的使用标准,并具有良好的调湿性能,该涂料安全环保,可应用于建筑物内墙的涂装与涂饰。
A potato starch grafted emulsion was prepared based on potato starch as backbone for grafting, persulfate as initiator, butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate as grafting monomers. The obtained starch grafted copolymer emulsion was formulated with fillers to prepare a humidity control coating. The factors in- fluencing the grafting degree, monomer conversion and emulsion appearance and film properties were investi- gated. It showed that the basic properties of the humidity - sensitive coatings met the standard of interior wall coatings. It could increase indoor humidity or dehumidify in dry or moist environment. Therefore, it could be used in indoor coatings for humidity control.
