摘要
教师的理论自觉意味着教师以一种独立思想精神和批判态度对待其日常教育教学实践、同行专家教师优秀经验与教育专家及其创生的教育理论。理论自觉是教师在教育变革中能够以变革主体参与变革的需要,也是教师在变革时代运用变革使其获得成功的重要条件。教师理论自觉的培养,是一个需要从训练教师的他者意识、培养教师的问题意识;注重教师的理论学习、提升教师的批判力;改革教师教育课程体系、营造研究性教师培养文化等多方面合理衔接的长期而系统化的工程。
Teacher theory consciousness is teachers' consciousness as the independent thinking and critical attitude towards their daily teaching practice peer teacher outstanding experience and educational theory created by education experts. It is the necessary that teachers as the subject participating in change and using change to success. The cultivation of teacher theory consciousness is a long - term and systematic project which rely on the training teacher awareness of the problem, enhance teachers' ability to think critically and changes in teacher education courses.
