摘要
随着气动技术的广泛应用以及全社会节能减排的大力推行,气动系统的节能研究意义重大。通过分析典型气动系统能量的传递和转换流程,针对压缩空气生产环节、管路与控制元件环节以及执行元件与用气设备环节综述了节能措施的研究现状,并对今后气动系统节能的发展进行了展望。
With the extensive application of pneumatic techniques and the continuous promotion of energy conservation campaign in the whole society,the research on energy efficiency in pneumatic systems is of great significance.Through analysis on the processes of energy transferring and transforming in a typical pneumatic system,a variety of improvement measures were mentioned respectively in motors,air compressors,pipelines,control components,actuators and nozzles.Moreover,an outlook on the future development of energy conservation research in pneumatic systems was taken.
