摘要
反光杯零件高次及其他非圆曲线的加工及其精度控制是数控车床加工的难点问题,对于此问题,提出了一种基于加工路径细分及根据零件加工精度的要求对加工步长的长度及精度进行控制的加工方法。通过编制加工点计算程序对此方法计算数值及误差进行了理论分析,并在华中HNC-21T型数控车床上运用宏程序编程方法对实际非圆曲线反光杯零件进行了加工,给出了零件加工宏程序,验证了此方法能很好的根据零件加工精度要求对加工点的误差进行控制具有较好的准确性及适应性。
The processing of the typical high-order curve and non-round curve outline reflector is difficult in NC manufactory. An approach is proposed, which bases on division of the processing path and control of processing precision. The theoretic result and declination is calculated and analyzed by a program. To test the accuracy and validity of the approach, the non-round curve reflector is processed by macro program in HNC-21T numerical lathe and a manufacture macro program of a reflector is exampled. It is proved the approach is applicable in precision control of reflector.
