开闭件是车身关键运动件,其灵活性、坚固性、密封性等因素对汽车产品的使用质量有严重的影响。因此,生产商对开闭件的制造均十分重视,开闭件质量的好坏,实际上也直接反映了生产商的工艺制作水平的高低。针对车门结构的确定、附件的布置、运动校核、结构的统一协调、密封性的处理以及车门的安装等方面进行了研究,结合产品开发的具体实践,对车门结构设计中的重要问题进行了全面透彻的分析。设计时不但从法规、功能、结构上进行了全面考虑,还对主机厂工艺设备及工艺水平进行了综合考虑,为车门的设计提供了思路与依据。

As a key movement part, closure has a serious influence on use quality ofvehicle in some factors such as mobility, incorruptibility, and tightness. Therefore, manufacturers pay great attention to closure, and closure quality can directly reflect the craft level of manufacturers. This article has studied in defining doors structure, arranging accessories, checking mobility, coordinating all structures, settling tightness, and fixing doors of vehicle, and carried on a comprehensive and intensive analysis in important problems of doors structure combining with practice of products development. It has fully considered not only in statute, function and structure, but also in craft equipments and craft level of principal machine plants, which can provide ideas and basis in designing doors of vehicle.
