摘要
通过分析叶片式抛送装置工作时出料直管中物料与气流的相互作用及关系,在建立物料流经出料直管运动方程的基础上,采用计算机分析软件MATLAB对物料经过出料直管的运动进行数值模拟,并通过与相关文献试验值的比较,检验了数值模拟的可靠性。为进一步优化出料直管几何参数、合理选择抛送叶轮的转速,降低抛送装置功耗,提高抛送效率提供依据。
The dynamic model of materials moving upward in the vertical pipe has been established by analyzing relations between air and materials.The movement laws of materials were simulated with MATLAB.Comparing both the results of simulation and experiment,it showed that the numerical model was able to accurately simulate the actual material velocities.It provided a reference for further optimizing the geometrical parameters of the vertical pipe,reducing the power consumption and improving the throwing/blowing efficiency.
