摘要 特种木本油料作物星油藤原产于南美洲,其种子已被当地人食用了3 000多年,可作为一种营养价值很高的健康食用油。在对星油藤的种质资源和影响栽培的环境因子进行阐述的基础上,重点概述了其种子中两种主要化学成分油脂和蛋白质,具体包括油脂含量和脂肪酸组成、脂质活性成分及降血脂作用,种子蛋白质含量和氨基酸组成等方面的研究现状,并对星油藤的研究和开发利用提出了相应的建议。 Plukenetia volubilis L. (Sacha Inchi ) is a special woody oilseed crop used by the local people in South America for over three thousand years, and its seeds can be made into edible oil with high nutri- tive value. The related germplasm resources of Sacha Inchi and the dominant factors affecting its cultivation were described. The research progress on oil and protein in Sacha Inchi seeds,including oil content and fatty acid composition, protein content and amino acid composition, as well as lipid active ingredients were stated.
