摘要
800 kV等静压棒形产品,坯件主体径为准270~准320 mm,总高为2.3~2.6 m。在窑后瓷检中,常见缺陷有黄芯、黑芯、析晶、吊头变形等,严重地影响了产品瓷检合格率。针对以上问题,结合多年从事烧成技术工作的实践经验,从烧成过程进行分析,提出了修正还原阶段的烧成气氛,确定各个阶段助燃风与燃气的流量、窑内压力、天然气总管压力等参数,确定合适的中保时间和起点,调整釉料的水分与颗粒度等的相关措施,经在实际操作中加以实施,并取得较好的成效。
For 800 kV isostatic pressing rod insulator, core diameter of the body is Ф 270 mm- Ф 320 mm, the total height is 2.3 m-2.6 m. In inspection, after firing, the common defects are yellow core, black core, crystallization, deformation or breakage affect the acceptance rate of products. Based on practical nology work, the reasons causing the above problems are of core hanging extension etc, which seriously experience for many years in the firing techanalyzed from the point of view of firing process, relevant measures are proposed that correcting firing atmosphere of reduction stage; determining the parameters of combustion air and gas flow, furnace pressure and gas the main pipe pressure, etc., at each stage; determining the middle maitenanse time and starting point, adjusting the moisture and granularity of glaze, etc., and fairly good results were obtained after which is implemented in actual operation.
