摘要
介绍了特高压交流1000 kV瓷外套避雷器的性能参数、结构及试验等情况。避雷器由五节元件串联组成,内部采用四柱电阻片并联结构,电阻片组间加装均流电极。对1000 kV避雷器抗震性能的模拟计算和试验,得到了1000 kV避雷器的机械设计结构。对1000 kV避雷器电位分布的模拟计算和测量,得到最大电位分布不均匀系数为9.6%,电流分布不均匀系数小于5%。研发的1 000 kV避雷器通过了0.2 g的抗震试验及63 kA的压力释放试验,已在特高压交流试验示范工程应用。
The performance parameters, structure and test, porcelain housing MOA are introduced. MOA element co etc of the ultra-high voltage ac 1 000 kV by five units section series, the four pillars of resistance in parallel is adopted for the internal structure, flow equalized electrode is added between the resistors groups. Through the simulated calculation and test on seismic performance of 1 000 kV MOA, the mechanical design structure is obtained. Through the simulated calculation and test on po- tential distribution of 1 000 kV MOA, it is obtained that the maximum potential distribution uneven co- efficient is 9.6% and current distribution uneven coefficient is less than 5%. The developed 1 000 kV MOA passed the 0.2 g seismic test and 63 kA pressure release test, and has been used for UHV demonstration project.
