串联补偿电容器组用金属氧化物非线性电阻器(MOV)的研制及特点 被引量:11

Development and Characteristics of Metal Oxide Nonlinearity Resistor(MOV) for Series Compensation Capacitor Banks

摘要 为了保护串补电容器组免受过电压的损坏,提高电力系统的安全、稳定性,采用金属氧化物非线性电阻器对其进行保护。以实际工程招标要求为例列举投标的技术参数,分析了其特点,在设计过程中考虑了由于试验设备误差、电阻片老化等引起的能量设计系数,当MOV承受FSC系统连续两次故障时,除提高能量的裕度外,还要考虑故障时产生的温升,在产品零件选用时采用了耐高温的绝缘件及密封件,在电流分布方面除控制柱间的直流1mA外,还采用一个比较元件同众多元件均进行比较,压力释放性能相当可靠。设计的瓷套式、复合外套式两种外套的MOV,顺利通过了残压试验、重复能量耐受试验、能量耐受和工频电压稳定性试验、热等价试验、压力释放试验。试品也顺利的通过了KEMA认证及型式试验。 Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) are applied to protect series compensation capacitors banks from overvoltage damage and enhance security and stability of power systems. The bid technical parameters are listed and features are analyzed based on a practical series compensation project. Energy design coefficient caused by the test equipment error and resistance aging are considered in the design process, when MOV bear two successive failure of FSC system, in addition to improve energy margin, also the temperature rise during fault should also be considered, high temperature resistant insulation and the seal parts are adopted in products parts selection. In the aspect of current distribution, in addition to control DC 1 mA between the columns, many elements are compared by using a comparing element, pressure release performance is reliable. The designed 2 kind of MOV-porcelain bushing and composite housing-passed the residual voltage test, repeat energy withstand test, energy withstand and power frequency voltage stability test, thermal equivalent test, pressure release test. The test sample also passed the KEMA authentication and the type test.
