Optimizing Resources Development and Promoting Cooperation and Sharing——Interpretation of "The Guide to Digital Library Resources Development"

目前我国数字图书馆资源建设面临众多制约因素,资源建设缺乏总体规划,尚未采用统一的标准与规范,建设经费来源较为单一。《数字图书馆资源建设指南》作为首批文化部社会文化司批准发布的政策性文件,提出诸多具有创新性的理念与建议,具有较强的指导性与实用性,有利于规范数字资源建设,促进合作共享。然而,目前《数字图书馆资源建设指南》还存在一些值得商榷的内容,仍需进一步的修订与完善。

At present,digital library resources development faces numerous restricted factors in our country,such as lack of overall plan of resources development,lack of unified standards and specifications,single source of development funds.As the first approved policy documents released by Social Culture Department of the Ministry of Culture,＂The Guide to Digital Library Resources Development＂ puts forward a lot of innovative ideas and suggestions,which have strong guidance and practicability.It is helpful to regulate the digital resources development and promote the cooperation and sharing.However,there are some questionable content in ＂The Guide to Digital Library Resources Development＂,which need to be further revised and perfected.
