免费开放后的公共图书馆要逐步走向天堂──借鉴星巴克理念打造“第三空间”的思考

Public Libraries Should Go to Heaven Gradually after Free Opening——Thought on Building the Third Space Based on the Concept of Starbucks

随着《关于推进全国美术馆、公共图书馆、文化馆(站)免费开放工作的意见》的发布,我国公共图书馆将逐步实现全面免费开放。实现全面免费开放的公共图书馆要顺应形势,转变观念,拓展功能,借鉴星巴克理念打造区分于家庭空间、工作空间以外的"第三空间"。图书馆"第三空间"的打造需要加强硬件建设,从物理上打造"第三空间"的新环境;丰富文化产品,从功能上打造"第三空间"的新体验;注重服务质量,从软件上打造"第三空间"的新氛围。同时,公共图书馆在打造"第三空间"时应树立正确的思想,注意教育引导,并对功能区域进行科学合理的分区。

With the promulgation of ＂Regulations on Promoting the Free Work of National Art Galleries,Public Libraries,Cultural Houses（Stations） ＂,public libraries in China will gradually achieve free opening over all.Public libraries to achieve free opening over all should conform to the situation,change concepts,expand functions,and build the Third Space which is different from family space and work space based on the concept of Starbucks.Building the Third Space of public libraries should strengthen the hardware construction,and build the new environment of the Third Space in the physical space;enrich cultural products,and build the new experience of the Third Space on functions;focus on the quality of services,and build the new atmosphere of the Third Space on the software.At the same time,public libraries should establish the correct idea,pay attention to education and guidance,and distinguish function areas reasonably.
