抑郁症的脑结构异常--结构性磁共振成像研究进展 被引量:3

Research Development on Structural Brain Abnormalities from MRI Studies in Major Depressive Disorder

摘要 近年来,国内外学者对抑郁症的发病机制的研究获得了很多进展,发现抑郁症患者有部分脑结构的病理性损害,从而改变了以往对抑郁症认为仅仅是"功能性疾病"的观念。本文从结构性磁共振的研究结果综述了近年来对于抑郁症患者的脑结构异常的研究进展。 A large body of neuruimaging research in MDD has now been published, identifying several neuroanatomical changes in affected patients. This paper presents a review of studies by structural MRI of the research development on structural brain abnormalities in major depressive disorder.
