摘要
SF6断路器具有运行可靠性高、维护工作量少、检修周期长的特点,电器部件均密封在充满SF6绝缘气体的容器中,设备内部不受大气影响,其安全可靠性能是其它高压电器不能比拟的。SF6开关设备的安装、维护与检修基本上以气体管理为中心,气体管理得好,设备运行可靠性就高。根据多年开关设备运行经验及工作实践,对SF6高压断路器使用中的注意事项及对SF6的水份、杂质及密封管理进行了简单探讨。
SF6 circuit breakers are of characteristics of high reliability in service,less maintenance and long overhaul period.The electrical elements are sealed in full of SF6 insulating gas containers and the elements within the equipment can not be influenced by atmosphere.Their safe reliability is much higher than other electrical equipment.The installation,maintenance and overhaul of SF6 suiechgear centres basically on the gas management.The better the gas management is,the higher the reliability for the requipment operation is.According as many years of the switch gear operation experience and practice,the SF6 moisture,impurity and sealed management for the use of SF6 high voltage circuit breaker are discussed.
