摘要
介绍了某发电厂升压变电站在操作过程中保护动作造成一条750kV线路跳闸的事故调查分析过程。通过对一、二次设备进行了详细的检查、试验,结合保护动作情况,对跳闸事故进行了缜密分析,发现造成该事故的原因为:该电厂升压变750kV断路器分闸时绝缘拉杆脱落导致断路器分闸不到位是造成此次750kV线路跳闸事故的主要原因。并针对该问题提出了预防措施。
This article introduces the total process of investigation and analysis of a 750kV electric line tripping accident happened in the operational process of the step-up transformer substation in some power plant for protection.Through the careful checking and experiment with the primary and secondary apparatus,and relating the result with the protection,a detail analysis of this tripping accident is given.When the circuit breaker switches out,the insulation tension pole drops,which causes the circuit breaker's failure in complete switching out.This is the causes this tripping accident.Some measures of precaution are also proposed for this problem.
