摘要
目的研究滇杠柳Periploca forestti的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱及RP-18柱色谱进行分离纯化,并运用波谱方法对所分得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从滇杠柳中分得了13个化合物,经波谱解析分别确定为滇杠柳苷元A(1)、杠柳苷元(2)、异甘草素(3)、8-羟基杠柳苷元(4)、甘草素(5)、大豆异黄酮(6)、(?)-高丽槐素(7)、芒柄花素(8)、大黄酚(9)、大黄素甲醚(10)、杠柳苷N(11)、原儿茶酸(12)、臭矢菜素A(13)。结论化合物3、5~9、12、13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Periploca forestti.Methods The constituents were separated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic means.Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from P.forestti and identified as periforgenin A(1),periplogenin(2),isoliquiritigenin(3),8-hydroxy periplogenin(4),liquiritigenin(5),daidzein(6),(?)-maackiain(7),formononetin(8),chrysophanol(9),physcion(10),periplocoside N(11),protocatechuic acid(12),and cleomiscosin A(13).Conclusion Compounds 3,5―9,12,and 13 are obtained from P.forestti for the first time.
