摘要 现阶段水华现象日益盛行,已经引起社会各界广泛关注,溶藻细菌作为新一代治理水华的工具,对其的研究已被提上了工作日程。通过查阅大量资料,本文对一些在研究溶藻微生物中会使用到的细菌分离方法、鉴定方法和溶藻效应评价方法进行综述。 At the present stage,the water blomm is becoming more prevalent and has caused widespread concern in the community.the research on algae-lysing bacteria has been put on the agenda as it is a new generation to manage the water bloom.Access to large amounts of data,this article summarizes some method of separation and identification of an algae-lysing bacteria and appraising properties of algae-lysing etc.Thereinto,we introduce some new method,such as new nutrient medium without effect of glucose emphasizely.We hope that we could decrease time-consuming in the resurch effectively.
