摘要
用原子力显微镜研究了不同浓度萎锈灵药物对玉米黑粉菌表面的形貌的影响。结果发现黑粉菌经过萎锈灵作用后表面出现很多无规则的小坑,通过表征统计表明菌体坑的数目随着药物浓度增加而增加,而菌体坑的深度没有改变。对萎锈灵作用玉米黑粉菌的影响有了进一步的认识。
The effects of different concentration carboxin on the surface morphological of Ustilago maydis cells were investigated using Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM).From results,It is detected that exposure Ustilago maydis cells to Carboxin causes many irregularly pits forming in the surface.Statistical analysis showed that the number of pits increased with treatment concentration increasing and the depth values of pits have no changes.Further information was provided to understand pathogenic mechanism of carboxin.
