摘要 制备了二氧化硅/壳聚糖(SiO2/CS负载氯化钯(PdCl2)催化剂SiO2-CS-PdCl2,研究其在苯乙炔和碘代苯的Sonogashira反应中的活性。反应在无胺、无铜的乙醇/水溶液中进行,通过气相色谱对产物进行定性和定量分析;并重点研究了反应条件和不同底物对反应的影响。实验表明,该体系产率可达到88%,且催化剂可以重复使用五次。 The polymer catalyst SiO2-CS-PdCl2 was prepared by supporting the PdCl2 to the composite polymer chitosan/sillica(CS/SiO2).Then the activity of the catalyst was investigated in the Sonogashira reaction of phenylacetylene with iodobenzenes.The reaction was carried out in the ethanol water with amine-free and copper-free,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis were accomplished by gas chromatographic apparatus.The influence of the reaction and different substrates were also studied.The results indicated that the reaction yield of the system is up to 88% and the catalyst can be reused 5 times.
