摘要
目的:建立气相色谱法测定赖氨肌醇维B12口服溶液中肌醇的含量。方法:将肌醇进行硅烷化处理,正己烷提取后,以气相色谱法测定其含量。色谱柱为Elite-5ms30m×0.25mm×0.25um毛细管柱;FID检测器;载气为氮气;柱温为210℃;检测器温度为250℃;分流比为50:1。结果:肌醇浓度在0.050~10.020mg/ml范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=392869.81C+25338.97,r=0.9998(n=7);平均回收率为98.03%,RSD为1.98%。结论:本方法灵敏、准确,重现性好,可用于赖氨肌醇维B12口服溶液的质量控制。
Objective to establish a method for determination of Inosite in Lysine,Inosite and Vitamin B12 Oral Solution.METHOD After silanization,the inosite was extracted with n-hexane and determined by GC.The GC system consisted of a Elite-5ms capillary column(30m×0.25mm×0.25um),nitrogen as the carrier gas,column temperature at 210℃,FID as the detector at 250℃,and with a split ratio of 50:1.RESULTS There was a good linear within the range of 0.050~10.020mg/ml for inosite with г=0.9998(n=7).The average recovery was 98.03% with RSD=1.98%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is accurate,reproducible and could be used for the quality control ofLysine,Inosite and Vitamin B12 Oral Solution.
