摘要
本文研究了在酸性介质中锌(Ⅱ)与meso-四(4-吡啶)卟啉(TPyP)的荧光配合反应。提出了应用TPyP测定痕量锌的荧光光度法。本法选择性好,有20多种共存离子的允许量均在100倍以上。用于铝合金标样中锌的测定,获得满意的结果。
The fluorescent complexing reaction of meso-tetra ( 4-pyridine ) porphyrin ( TPyP ) with Zinc ( II ) was investigated in an acid medium. The excitation wavelength and the emission wavelength of Zn (II)-TPyP complex are 442nm and 628nm, respectively. The stabilization of various surfactants was examined. Among these, SDS was the best one. A method for the fluorimetric determination of trace Zn with TPyP has been developed. The tolerance limits for more than 20 other ions were over 100 times. This method has been applied to the determination of Zn in the aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
