表流型湿地原生动物的季节变化与水质的关系

The relationship between seasonal vairition of the protozoan in surface flow wetlands and water quality

摘要 以2009年冬季和2010年春季采样监测数据为依据,分析表流型(SWF)人工湿地系统中原生动物的种类与校园生活污水处理效果的关系。通过对原生动物种类的变化和对应的COD、氨氮、TP的相互关系的研究证明:(1)当COD值由进水时的120mg/L左右逐渐降低至55mg/L,氨氮由12.4mg/L降至7.9mg/L,TP值由0.79mg/L降至0.48mg/L的过程中,原生动物种类数逐渐减少;(2)冬季原生动物数少于春季,且种类也不尽相同,冬季所特有的种类表现为蓬体虫、指状拟舟虫、平囊虫、后毛虫等,反之,春季特有的为喇叭虫、全列虫和变形虫等。 As this essay based on the sample monitoring digitals which collected in winter of 2009 and spring of 2010,in which analize the species of protozoa in surface flow wetland protozoa and the result and the indication of sewage disposal in the campus life.By proving research about the species changes of protozoa and the corresponding relationship between COD,NH4-N,TP: 1) when the COD value from 120mg/L decreased to about 55mg/L,ammonia nitrogen by the 12.4mg/L down to 7.9mg/L,TP value from 0.79mg/Ldown to 0.48mg/L,the number of the protozoa become reduce;2) the quality of protozoa in winter is much less than the species in spring and their species are different.There are Folliculina,Paralembiasis and so on in winter,and the performance of specific types of spring is Stentor,Actinophrys,Amoeba and so on.
