摘要
天波超视距雷达(OTHR)固有的多径效应和低测量精度等特点给数据关联带来了较大困难。文中提出了一种针对舰艇编队目标的数据关联方法。首先,建立了天波OTHR平面测量模型,得出雷达坐标系与地理坐标系之间的非线性变换方程;然后,以各种可能的传播模式将每一节拍观测到的目标状态数据变换到地理坐标系中进行聚类,通过多拍聚类关联估计目标数量及在地理坐标系下的位置;最后,通过计算机仿真验证了算法的有效性,并分析了雷达检测概率对算法的影响。
The muhipath propagation and low measurement precision features of sky-wave OTHR pose new challenges to the data association. A new method of data association for formation of ships is proposed in this paper. Firstly the plane measurement model has been established, and the transformation between radar and ground coordinates is proposed for OTHR based on the given ionospheres state; then transform every point in each scan from radar to ground coordinates considering all possible propagation modes, and use clustering method to sort out tracks of targets from several scans; finally, the simulation result shows that the algorithm can achieve track association in formation of ships, and the impact of radar detecting probability has also been analyzed.
