摘要
目的了解基层综合医院门诊患者抑郁障碍现患率及识别率。方法采用一般情况调查表、患者健康问卷、抑郁症自评量表、国际精神科简式访谈问卷等工具对基层综合医院门诊就诊者进行现况调查。结果基层综合医院抑郁症的现患率为18.0%,识别率为20.8%。结论基层综合医院门诊患者抑郁障碍患病率较高,识别率仍有待提高。
Objective To investigate the prevalence rate and discrimination rate of depressive disorders among outpatients of grassroots general hospitals. Methods General questionnaire of health,Patient Health Questionnaire 15-Item Somatic Symptom Severity Scale（PHQ-15）,Brief 16-item self-report-the Quick Inventory of Depressives Syptomatology Self-Report（QIDS-SR16）,and Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview（MINI） were employed to investigate the status of outpatients of a grassroots general hospital. Results The prevalence rate of depression disorders was 18.0% and the discrimination rate was 20.8% in the investigated grassroots general hospital. Conclusion The prevalence of depression among outpatients from grassroots general hospitals is relatively high and the discrimination rate have yet to be enhanced.
