摘要
目的了解临床护理人员关怀能力和工作倦怠的现状及二者的相关性,为护理管理工作提供客观依据。方法使用工作倦怠量表(MBI)和关怀能力量表(CAI)对360名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果收回有效问卷339份,其中57.2%的护理人员处于高度个人无成就感状态,77.3%的护理人员关怀能力总分处于低水平;总体上,护理人员关怀能力偏低、工作倦怠程度严重;去人格化和个人无成就感两个维度是关怀能力总分的有效预测变量。结论鼓励从管理者和护理人员自身角度预防和降低职业倦怠的发生,提高护理人员的关怀能力。
Objective To understand the status and correlation between caring ability and job burnout of nurses with the hope to provide objective reference for nursing management.Methods A total of 360 clinical nurses were investigated using Caring Ability Inventory(CAI) and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI).Results 339 valid questionnaires were received,of the investigated nurses,57.2% were severely lacking sense of accomplishment while 77.3% showed low total scores of caring ability.The nurses showed low level of caring ability and serious job burnout.The two dimensions of depersonalization and ineffectiveness had significant predictive effects on the total score of caring ability.Conclusion Prevention of job burnout from the perspective of managers and nursing staff and improvement of the caring ability of nurses should be encouraged.
