摘要
企业教练作为一项新兴的管理技术,近年来在世界范围内得到了越来越多的认可和发展。文章分别介绍了基于性格工具、360度反馈以及教练技能等三种引进企业教练技术的主要模式,并且运用具体案例对欧美企业引进教练技术的实际操作和成果进行了阐述。这对中国企业引进教练技术具有重要的借鉴和启示作用。
As a new management technology, enterprise coaching recently has been recognized and developed around the world. This paper introduces three coaching patterns based on personality analysis instrument, 360 degree appraisal and coaching skill enhancement in European and American enterprises. Application of specific coaching patterns and their effectiveness are discussed through for Chinese enterprises to bring in coaching. corresponding cases, which has important implications
