A Comparative Study of Wang Guowei's and Lu Xun's Viewpoints of Tragedy

文章通过王国维、鲁迅如何把握美学范畴的悲剧,理解两者的悲剧观,从悲剧的阐述、悲剧内外探源、悲剧性的把握及悲剧观成因四个方面对鲁迅、王国维的悲剧观进行解读,进而加深对悲剧本质的理解,同时,证明悲剧感的开启对直观悲剧本质具有重要意义。

This paper studies Wang Guowei and Lu Xun＇s viewpoints on tragedy by comparing their different ways of approaching to aesthetic categories of tragedy. It sums up their discussion about their different views on tragedy, explores the internal and external reasons for their tragedy works, reveals their command of tragedy elements and looks for the causes forming their viewpoints of tragedy. The four aspects of the study mentioned above can help us to have a better understanding of the essence of tragedy. Meanwhile, initiating the tragic sense is proved to have a significant effect on the intuition of the essence of tragedy.
