基于重心理论的作战筹划的优劣分析

Analysis of Advantage and Disadvantage of the Operational Design Based on Gravity Theory

介绍了美军基于重心理论的作战筹划方法的理论来源、基本要素及其推理过程,对该方法在联合作战决策中体现出的优势和不足进行了客观分析。这一筹划方法对于解决联合作战指挥一致性问题,保证和促进联合作战决策质量的提高具有积极作用;但也存在着重心辨识难、情报依赖度强、程序繁琐、模式僵化、普适性差等问题。这种作战筹划方法体系的构建思路对我军指挥决策理论与方法的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

The paper introduces the theoretical sources,basic elements and reasoning process of the US Army＇s operational design based on the gravity theory,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this method in joint operations decision-making.This planning method has a positive effect in solving the consistency of joint operations command,ensuring and promoting the quality of decision making.Nevertheless there are some insufficiencies such as difficulties to identify the gravity,overdependence on intelligences,rigid and cumbersome procedures,lack of applicability to new security threats and so on.The idea of operational design has significance in the development of the theory and methodolgy of the operational command and decision of the PLA.
