外源硫化氢对水分胁迫下玉米种子萌发和生长的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用发芽试验,研究了外源硫化氢对水分胁迫条件下玉米种子萌发和生长的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫显著降低了玉米种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、根长、株高、侧根条数、根系和地上部分鲜重,显著增加了相对伤害率;与水分胁迫处理相比,外源硫化氢处理则显著提高了水分胁迫条件下玉米种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、根长、株高、根系和地上部分鲜重,显著降低了相对伤害率,但对侧根条数没有影响。说明在水分胁迫下,外源硫化氢处理可以促进玉米种子的萌发和生长。 This paper studied effects of exogenous hydrogen sulfide on the germination of maize seed under water stress. The results showed that water stress significantly decreased the germinating rate, germinating energy, germinating index, vigour index, root, length, plant height, number of lateral root, fresh weight of root and aboveground, and significantly increased the relative injury rate. Compared with water stress, pretreatment with exogenous hydrogen sulfide significantly increased the germinating rate, germinating energy, germinating index, vigour index, root length, plant height, fresh weight of root and aboveground, and significantly decreased the relative injury rate under water stress. However, pretreatment with exogenous hydrogen sulfide did not affect the number of lateral root of stressed maize. In conclusion, pretreatment with exogenous hydrogen sulfide could promote the germination and growth of maize under water stress.
