根据财政支出绩效评价要求,结合广东省林业有害生物防治项目特点,提出了林业有害生物防治项目绩效评价指标体系的制定原则和评价方法,初步构建了省级林业有害生物防治专项资金项目绩效评价指标体系。

According to the characteristics of finance payout performance evaluation and forest pest prenvention and cures project, the author put forward setting principle and assessment techniques and established the index system of performance evaluation for forest pest prenvention and cures project.
