摘要
分别用石油醚浸泡法及CO2超临界萃取法对海南树仔菜植株浸膏进行提取,两种不同提取方法的得油率分别为0.75%和0.28%。用GC-MS技术对其进行化学成分分析鉴定,并比较两种提取方法所得产物化学成分的异同。石油醚浸提浸膏共鉴定出18种化合物,超临界萃取浸膏共鉴定出17种化合物。脂肪酸和脂肪醇类物质是树仔菜浸膏的主要成分,其中脂肪酸类物质在两种浸膏中比例均较高,超临界萃取浸膏中脂肪醇类物质含量高于石油醚浸提浸膏。
The concrete from Sauropus androgynus (Linn.) Meer were obtained by petrol-ether extraction and SCF extraction in yields of 0.75% and 0.28% respectively. The chemical components of the oil were examined using the GC-MS technique, and the differences of the major constituents of the oil acquired by two methods were compared. 18 compounds in the oil produced by petrol-ether extraction were identified, and 17 compounds in the oil by SCF extraction were identified. Fatty acids and fatty alcohols were the principal constituents in the oil. Fatty acids were the main constituents in the oil obtained by two methods, and fatty alcohols in the oil obtained by SCF extraction were more than the oil obtained by octroi-ether extraction.
