基于客体感知的生态乡村游憩地评价及开发策略——以成都三圣乡为例 被引量:1

摘要 以成都三圣乡为例,进行了基于客体感知的生态乡村游憩地评价,结果表明,游憩者选择生态乡村游憩地最重要的动机是休闲和放松身心,同时游憩动机还体现游憩者效益最大化原则;游憩者感知偏好最强烈的吸引力因素是环境品质;满意度感知影响购买意愿;游憩者对生态乡村型游憩地的游憩活动参与性和多样性要求更高,游憩活动缺乏常构成不满意因素。以此为依据提出了了解游憩者动机,重视环境质量,稳定客源市场,增加多样化游憩活动,克服游憩障碍、重视游憩者满意度评价等生态乡村游憩地可持续发展的开发策略。 Sansheng town was taken as sample in this paper, and evaluation on eco-village tourist based on perception of object was conducted. The results of survey showed that the most important motive of tourist to select eeo-village recreation site was leisure and relaxation of mind and body, meanwhile, the motive of recreation embodied maximization principle of benefit of tourist; as for preference of perception of tourist, the strongest factor of attraction was environmental quality; perception of degree of satisfaction impacted purchase intention; tourist had higher request for participative and diversity of recreational activity in recreation site of eco-village type, absence of recreational activity often constituted dissatisfactory factor. Based on the results, development tactics of sustainable development in ecovillage recreation site such as finding out motive of tourist, attaching importance to environmental quality, stabilizing tourist source market, overcoming barrier of recreation and paying attention to evaluation on satisfaction degree of tourist were put forward.
