发达国家现代农业服务体系建设对我国的启示

改革以来,中国现代农业服务业取得了长足的进步,但与农业发达国家相比仍有较大差距。学习和吸取国外先进经验是完善我国农业服务业的重要途径。通过对发达国家农业服务业及其服务体系研究表明,完善、高效的农业社会化服务体系是建设现代农业服务业的关键所在。在我国农村劳动力不足的新形势下,建立健全农业社会化服务体系势在必行。从现代农业服务体系内涵和基本特征等出发,重点介绍了美国、日本、德国、法国等农业发达国家的服务体系框架和基本特征,并与我国农业社会化服务体系建设情况进行对比分析,以期通过总结经验,取长补短,为完善我国农业社会化服务体系建设提供有效借鉴。

Since the reform , service industry of China＇s modem agriculture has made considerable progress, but compared with developed countries, agriculture is still a wide gap.To learn and absorb foreign advanced experience is an important way to improve agricultural services.The research of agricultural services and service system of developed countries showed that a complete and efficient agricultural social service system is the key to build modern service industry of agriculture.In the face of the new situation about China＇s rural labor shortage ,to establish and improve the agricultural social service system is imperative. This paper started with the contents and basic characteristics of the modern system of agricultural services,focusing on the framework and the basic characteristics of the United States of America, Japan, Germany, France and other developed countries agricultural service system ,and conducted comparative analysis with China＇s agricultural social service system ,in order to draw on each other＇s merits and raise the level together to improve China＇s agricultural social service system.
