摘要
食品加工制造业对解决三农问题具有很大影响,但中国食品制造业国际竞争力非常低下,并且呈现逐年下降的趋势。从不同地域来看,西部地区食品制造业的国际竞争力显著高于东部地区且不断上升。应该加大食品安全的整治力度,积极引导行业整合。
Food processing manufacturing has a great influence for solving the peasants problems but the international competitiveness of Chinese food manufacturing was very low, and the trend was falling. The international competitiveness of western regions was significantly higher than the east and rising. Policy proposals should increase food safety regulation effort, and actively guide the industry integration.
