摘要
针对太子河生态和环境日益恶化问题,以流域水资源利用和河流生态流量为目标,以宏观的水资源配置要求和防洪等为约束,建立水库多目标生态调度模型,并采用模拟仿真技术求解。结果表明,在考虑满足下游控制断面适宜生态流量需求的情况下,各区间用户最大供水缺水率为11.5%。在尽可能不破坏水库的社会经济效益的情况下,采用合理的调度模型能够有效的解决下游的生态环境问题。
To detect forward the problem of ecological and environmental deterioration in Taizi River,the paper discussed the connotation and the criterion of reservoir ecological operation.The water resources utilization was taken as the goal and the requirement of water resources macro-allocation and flood prevention etc.were taken as the main constraints.The multi-object model of reservoir ecological operation was established and solved by simulation technology.The results showed that under the consideration of appropriate ecological flow of control sections on lower reaches,the maximum ratio of water deficiency in each section was 11.5%.According to the results,on the condition of undermining the social economical benefits as little as possible,the ecological problem on lower reaches can be effectively solved by rational operation method.
