基于分摊系数法估算治太工程的灌溉经济效益

Estimating the Economic Benefits of Taihu Irrigation Project Based on Share Coefficient Method

采用分摊系数法对治太工程农业灌溉效益进行估算,把促进农作物增产的各种因素分开计算,分别估算他们在农作物增产中所占的份额。结合太湖经济和农业资源实际情况,确定分摊系数法的计算公式中的参数,计算实际发生的灌溉效益。再利用频率法计算多年平均灌溉效益,对以后工程农业灌溉效益推测提供参考。

The paper describes the share coefficient method and analyzes the actual situation of economy and agricultural resources in Taihu Basin.The method can be used to calculate the all kinds of factors which would improve the agricultural productions and estimate their scales in the increasing productions respectively.Then it determines the parameters of the formula of the method and calculates the actual irrigation economic benefit.Meanwhile,it calculates the average annual irrigation economic benefit based on frequency method and provides reference for speculation of irrigation economic benefit in the future.
