宜昌市2009-2010年省级监测点血吸虫病疫情监测结果分析

Surveillance on Schistosomiasis in Provincial Sites of Yichang City from 2009 to 2010

目的分析宜昌市2009-2010年省级血吸虫病疫情监测点监测结果,了解全市血吸虫病流行现状,为制定血吸虫病防治对策提供科学依据。方法根据《湖北省血吸虫病监测方案(试行)》的要求,11个监测点开展人群及家畜病情、螺情和相关因素调查,采用SPSS12.0软件分析监测结果。结果 11个监测点未发现新病例;发现钉螺复现,未发现阳性钉螺。结论传播阻断达标成果巩固,但螺情反弹因素未根除,环境改造灭螺工程等综合治理措施需进一步加强,防止疫情反弹。

Objective To analyze the endemic situation of schistosomiasis at the provincial schistosomiasis surveillance sites in Yichang city in 2009-2010,and understand the present status of schistosomiasis transmission in Yichang,so as to provide scientific basis for planning the prevention and control program.Methods Surveillance was carried out in eleven provincial surveillance sites in Yichang city according to the provincial surveillance protocol.Data statistics and analysis were processed by SPSS12.0.Results No new case and infected snails were found in 11 surveillance sites.But snails recurrence in 1 surveillance site of Yiling county.Conclusion Status for transmission interruption of schistosomiasis maintains.But rebound factor of snail status was not be fundamentally achieved,comprehensive measures as Snail-elimination by environmental modification need to be further improved,so as to prevent epidemic rebound.
