摘要
本文提出和研究了锌(Ⅱ)—组氨酸体系的络合吸附波。在0.05mol/L NH_3—0.05mol/L NH_4Cl底液中,加入组氨酸后,使锌(Ⅱ)的单扫示波极谱导数峰电流增大,峰电位从-1.24V(vs.SCE)负移至-1.36V。该导数峰电流与锌(Ⅱ)的浓度在1.0×10^(-7)-7.0×10^(-6)mol/L范围内成正比,检测限达5.0×10^(-8)mol/L,用于镀锌车间排放废水中锌的测定,得到满意的结果。研究了该极谱波的性质及反应机理,证明为反应物弱吸附的络合吸附波,吸附反应物为锌(Ⅱ)与组氨酸形成的1∶2络合物。
A new polarographic adsorptive system of Zinc(II)-Histidine is presented and investigated in this paper. In the solution of NH3-NH4Cl,the addition of histidine leads to a enhancement of the cathodic peak current of the zinc( II ) in the single sweep polarography. when the concentration of histhline is proper, the peak current is proportional to the concentration of zinc ( II )over the range 1.0 X10-7 to 7.0x10-8mol/L. The determination of zinc( II ) in waste water of electroplate was made using this method and the result is satisfactory. The character of the polarographic wave and the mechanism of the electrode process were studied using cyclic voltammetry,normal pulse polarography and some other methods. The results indicate that the polarographic wave is an adsorptive wave of complex with reactant adsorption weakly. The adsorptive wave is caused by the adsorption of the 1:2 complex of zinc( II )and histidine CZn(His)2],followed by. the reduction of [Zn(His)2] to Zn(Hg).
