摘要
建立了钢丝缠绕液压机机架的整体式和分开式的有限元模型,分析了该机架预紧状态、工作状态下的应力分布。与电测试验结果的比较表明:两个模型在半圆梁对称面处的应力分布无影响,但只有分开式机架能够预测出开缝压力。获得了预紧力从300kN~1130kN变化时,液压机开缝压力的变化规律。
The finite element models of the winding wire hydraulic press frame with integral and separate type have been established. The stress distribution under the preload and working condition have been analyzed by FEM. The stresses comparison on the symmetry plane of the semicircle beam between simulations and measurement show that the two models have no effect on the stress distribution, but only separate model can predict the open load. The variation of the open load of the press frame has been predicted when the preload force is between 300kN to 1130KN.
