摘要 采用HPLC.ESI.MS/MS联用技术,建立了分析检测猪肉肌肉组织中全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)和全氟辛酸(PFOA)的方法。本方法以wat粥sunfireC18柱为液相分离柱,以乙腈.5mmol/L乙溶液梯度洗脱溶液,PFOS和PFOA在10min内即能达到良好分离,定性定量离子对分别为499.0/79.6、499.0/98.7、413.1/369.0、413.1/169.0。该方法精密度好,RSD〈10%,线性回归系数均〉0.99。此外在样品处理过程中采用了碱消解.固相萃取相结合的方法,进一步净化样品以保护色谱柱,并将该方法应用于猪肉实际样品中PFOS和PFOA的测定,回收率在70%~100%。 A sensitive method was established for separation and determination of PFOS and PFOA by using HPLC-ESI-MS/MS in pork samples. PFOS and PFOA were detected in 10 rain with Waters sunfire -C 18 column, using CH3CN-5 mmol/L CH3COONH4 as mobile phase (Gradient elution). The monitoring ions of PFOS and PFOA were 499.0/79.6, 499.0/98.7, 413.1/369.0 and 413.1/169.0. The method was accurate with RSD and linear regression coefficients 〈10% and 〉 0.99, respectively. PFOS and PFOA in the pork samples were further extracted with solid phase extraction cartridges after alkaline digestion extraction before injection. Under the optimal method, the recoveries of PFOS and PFOA ranged from 70%.~100%.
