23例桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺癌临床诊疗分析 被引量：4

摘要 桥本甲状腺炎（Hashimoto’Sthyroiditis，HT）是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病。自1952年Lindsay等发现并报道HT合并甲状腺癌以来，发病率呈上升趋势者并存率达25％以上。现回顾性分析经郑州大学第一附属医院甲状腺外科手术治疗、病理学证实的HT合并甲状腺癌的23例临床资料如下。
