Study on Optimization of Yard Truck Dispatching Based on Stacking Capacity in Container Yard

摘要 集卡是目前国内港口的主要集疏运工具,合理调度集卡可以提高港口作业效率和港口竞争力。作者基于集装箱港口堆场箱区堆存集装箱能力考虑,建立了一个集卡分派优化的两阶段模型。第一阶段根据箱区容量建立了集装箱运输最短路径的集装箱堆存分派模型,且考虑了特定箱必须卸载到特定箱区的情况;第二阶段根据第一阶段集装箱的堆存分派,建立了集装箱作业时间最短为目标的集卡分派模型。最后根据数值实验证明了模型的有效性。 As yard truck is the most popular transportation equipment,reasonable yard truck dispatching strategy would improve the operation efficiency and competitiveness of container terminals.By considering the stacking capacity of container yard,we formulate a two-stage model about the yard truck dispatching.In stage one,by considering the operations of the special containers,an optimization model is constructed to obtain a stacking strategy of containers and the objective is to minimize the total travel distance of trucks.In stage two,a yard truck dispatching model was formulated to minimize the makespan of containers operation based on the result of the model in stage one.The performance of numerical experiment demonstrates the effectiveness of the model.
